• Orders placed on upstatestitches.com are eligible for return or exchange within 10 days of receiving the order. 
• While we do not issue refunds, we will gladly accept items eligible for return for online store credit or exchange. We cannot guarantee the style, color or size you'd like to exchange at the time of your return, but if you email us prior to returning your item, we'd be happy to check inventory for you and put it aside if availability permits.
• Please contact us for the Returns Form and mail back your order in a trackable shipping service (we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages). 
• Any items that are paid for and not picked up within 60 days are put back on the sales floor. We offer an in store credit (minus a 25% restocking fee) for 30 days after the initial 60 days.

• Merchandise must be new, unworn and unaltered with tags attached. Any items that have been washed - even if following wash instructions - are not eligible for return. We are not responsible for washed items. But you can contact us if you have an issue and we'd be happy to help.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of having received your order (as per tracking info). If customer has returned merchandise more than 10 times in total, we can deny a return based on the circumstances of the return and exchange. 
• If you received free goods with your order you must return the free items with your return in order to process your store credit or exchange.
• If your items do not meet the criteria of our return policy, you will be emailed a shipping invoice and it must be paid before we ship the item back to you. 

• Orders placed on live sales are eligible for return or exchange within 10 days of the live video. 
• Any clearance items on the live video are final. 

We have a Final Sale Policy on the following items for sanitary reasons:

2. Intimates / Bralettes or Underwear
3. Swimwear 
4. All jewelry
